Set Thin Lines TL on by default

Anyknow how to set this. I have to type TL everytime I open a drawing.

I know it's a small complaint. It's just one more thing to annoy me about Revit.

I know this is an old question from 2008 but I'm just checking to see it has been addressed as of 2012. (my guess, still no)
