Is there a simple or automatic way so that if someone in Fire Protection creates a new section view, that same section tag will not show up in Plumbing (or other trades)?
Right now I am having that situation where I frequently use sections for drawing purposes and each one I add, shows up in other trades. I am aware of the ability to hide the object by element or category but each method has it's limitations. Hiding by category means the person hiding cannot display their own section tags. Hiding by category means that any new created by another trade will show up forcing each user to hide any and all new section tags as they are created.
there has to be a better way! if not, what were they thinking?????????????
