Schedules

Hi,

I need to produce an equipment schedule where I want to base it on type rather than unit reference.

I have an equipment types A & B. On my drawing, I have equipments labeled A, A1, A2...; B, B1, B2....What I want to see on my schedule is only type A & B instead of A, A1, A2...; B, B1, B2....

Hello there...

simply click on your schedule....go to edit fields...and add Type to your columns and remove the lable column...

Thanks Mehdi but that is not what I need. To elaborate my post further, say for example I have two types of radiator R1 and R2. On my drawing I have plenty of R1 and R2. What I want to show on my schedule is one R1 and one R2 instead of displaying all the R1's and R2's. Hope this makes sense.

What about this?

select the schedule...go on sorting and grouping and uncheck itemize every instance. You should be able to see one R1 and one R2 by doing this
