I have been rotating a pipe tee in section, moving the rotate arrow to the centre of the pipe. My colleague is attempting this on another PC and he can't snap the rotate to the centre of the circle. I try it on my PC in the same view and it works, so it can't be anything wrong with his section.
Can anyone think of something I may have turned on that he doesn't? I have looked in snaps and we both have everything turned on. I have no idea where else to look.
In addition, on the default pipe tee, the section draws a large shaded circle around the fitting with no outline. Is this a glitch, or is it supposed to look like that?
