Revit Server 2013 dropping links

We have our MEP model on our Revit Server.  We have the Arch model on their Revit Server.  We are in the same company and are able to map to both Revit Servers.

What would be causing the links to be dropped constantly?

MEP is losing the links from the Archs Revit Server.  Arch is losing the links from the MEPs Revit Server.

We have verified that everyone is pathed to both so when opening, the files can be found.  We have verified that all users are opening the files correctly, creating a new local file rather than opening their local file.

This is slowing down production trying to troubleshoot this issue.  Anyone with any suggestions on what to try next, short of removing the files from Revit Server, would be greatly appreciated!

This sounds similar (on the surface) to something we are experiencing. I'll ask around and see if they have a solution for it yet.

Are you mapping servers with same drive.(for example with mapping server with D drive).
