Revision Clouds not showing up

I have created a cloud in a view at a matchline & it is not showing up in my other view although they are dependant. Any ideas why this may be happening?

Assuming that "Annotation Crop" is enabled under the View's Properties, it is likely that a portion of the bubble may be extending past the Annotative Crop Region. Select the Crop Region and adjust the outer boundary so that it contains the entire Revision Cloud.
