Rectangular Duct Transition Angle bug

Has anybody found a fix for Revit ignoring the angle when constructing rectangular duct transitions for wide ducts?

e.g.

I have concentric 96"x20" and 96"x24" ducts.

A 45 degree transition is 4'-0" long (it should be 2"). A 60 degree is 4'-0", as well as a 30 degree and a 15 degree.

I guess the fix is to not transition wide ducts. If I transition 20"x96" to 24"x96", it works fine.

I wish Autodesk would fix this bug.

thanks

Ed

As a contractor you would not make that fitting 2" long anyways. I use the rectangular transition/ length standard & that way you can make the fitting any length you want.
