Hi Everyone
This issue was regard with the tutorial for Revit MEP 2010.
try using the tutorial provided by the autodesk and under Plumbing( construction of documents) or Documentations for Plumbing
notice that the Project Browser they used was containing the discipline of Design, Documentation and Report, under Design the Sub-discipline contains the Electrical and Mechanical and so on. my problem was HOW COME THAT THEY CREATE THE DISCIPLINE OF DESIGN, DOCUMENTATION AND REPORT while the regular project browser only contains Electricals and Mechanical as the discipline and some Discipline common to Revit Architecture and Structure..
