Are there any object enablers associated with
REVIT in order to see objects in DWG file that was supposed to be created in
REVIT?

Revit Systems (and the Revit platform) do not
need object enablers. That is part of the whole ADT/ABS
world.
Revit uses a translation file to transform Revit
components (elements) into dwg layers. See File>Import/Export
Settings.
Revit uses AIA 2nd Edition Layer Standards (out
of the box) - however, you can set up any layer standard you wish, or have
mulitple layer standards within the office (different clients could want
different layer standards).
Hope this helps.
