Leader heads

Is there a way to add different leader heads, besides the out of box default heads.  I want to use an elipse to circle pipes.  Any ideas?  Also is there an easy way to change the line weight of leaders?

No custom arrowheads yet - we had to settle with an enlarged open-dot arrowhead. Control leader lineweights via annotation category, either globally (Object Styles) or by view (Visibility/Graphics).
