Import Cad Button bombs Session.......

One of my guys has started having an issue when trying to IMPORT CAD files into 2013RMEP.  Every time her gets to a plan view, detail, any view, as soon as he hits the "Import Cad" button, the session hoses and he gets the attached error message.  We're on SP2, have tried, Repair, uninstall/reinstall, to know avail.  He has 2011, and there are no problems with it.  He's been doing cad imports to RMEP all along, and it just started.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mike

Is it crashing on a particular Project? Is anyone else having this issue on that Project?

I would suggest starting a fresh session of Revit, recreating the crash, and then posting the resulting Journal File, which can be found at this location:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit MEP 2013\Journals

This will aid in the investigation, should an Autodesk Support Specialist happen this way!

NO, not projedct specific...that was my 1st thought.  Does it when I even start a new blank from the template.........

and I've done it from others' machines, and no problems.  Once, he's done with his current deadline, that's what we're going to do.

I'm also going to 'hide' his ini files, repair install to generate a new Revit INI, and see if that does it.

Thanks.
