Hiding Excess Levels in Linked Models

Hi everyone

I have linked an architectural model which has a lot of extral levels marked on it. The levels themselves are necessary, but the markers showing them are not.

Is there a way to hide them from view in the architectural model, so that they don't show up on my mechanical sections, without deleting them altogether?

You can opver-ride the visibility graphics of the Architectural links in the views.

Open Visibility Graphics and select the last tab. Select the radio button marked "Custom", select the Annotation tab, change the drop down box to custom and then navigate in the window to the required category and uncheck.

You can either do this manually for each view or you can add it to view templates or you can set up a specific view template to only apply the linked file changes without affect any other settings
