Fatal Errors

I am working through Revit Server Extensions and multiple computers are recieving the same error message. Messages are below.

 

A fatal error has occurred. The application will be terminated. You have the opportunity to save recovery files for all of your changed projects.

 

Would you like to save a recovery file?

 

Or they get this error message.

 

An nrecoverable error has occurred. the program will now be terminated. All of your data has been recently saved, so there is no need to create recovery files.

 

 

What would cause this and how can I fix it.

This is a user helping users forum. You're probably not going to get your answer here. If you have Adesk support or reseller support I would try that avenue. Have you looked at your journal files? Maybe you can narrow it down from there.
