Electrical Fixture Line Weights

For some odd reason when I make a global override
of the electrical fixture line weights it doesn't work!?
I prefer to have my electrical fixtures at a line weight
of 5 so they are darker then everything else on my power plans. I have done this with lighting fixtures, data, etc and it works just fine! Any ideas? Is there a glitch?

If your electrical fixture is using a annotation then you have to change the lineweight under Object styles/Annotations/Generic Annotations

Use of Filters may be another option

I was most recently using the filters, but wanted to have
it changed in my templet so it is worry free.
