Hi I am having somewhat trouble figuring out the pressure loss calculation. I have three questions regarding the duct and pipe connectors in the family editor.
Which connectors should I define the "loss method" parameter on (the inlet or outlet)? Is the other one set to "not defined".
Also if the "flow configuration" is set to "system", would that be good for multiple pumps because each one sees a percentage of the total flow? I guess what im saying is what mechanical equipment would I know to use a system flow configuration over a calculated flow configuration?
Finally what does the loss coefficient multiply it self with, if we set the loss method to coefficient I am thinking its the flow though the part, but im not sure.
