Creating wall in MEP

Hi everybody,

I would like to use this generic profile (in yellow) like a wall, ie, the possibilty to drag (with a grip) to change the dimension. What's the procedure to follow ?

I would create a new wall type, edit the vertical construction, and apply sweeps to the bottom and top.
