Families; I am trying to fix the corrupt families as posted earlier, specifically rectangular duct transitions. When I rename the family in use and try and load the the original familiy, it does not appear in the selection box. How do I force a reload.
Vertical ducts; When drawing vertical ducts I start with a horizontal and offset down, this works ok, but how do you a: transition to a new size and continue down and b: attach a takeoff to the vertical duct?
I am new with Revit and our company has made a commitment to use Revit. This is a very small 5-ton rooftop job we are cutting are teeth on. It involves a lot of residential type fittings, it seems a large VAV job would be easier.
Any help would be appreciated.
