Cant get gridlines to crop with the crop view, they remain extended way beyond.

Sometimes I have issues with the architects grid lines not cropping or adjusting with my crop view.  Example, if my scope of work is the left side of the building and I move my crop view in properties to only show the left side of the building, the grid bubbles are supposed to readjust so they are an inch or so from the cropped view. Instead they remain all the way on the right side of the building

Any suggestions?

Is that the Arch grids in a linked model?

If so, Copy/Monitor grids through to your model and then using view templates, turn off the grids and levels in the linked model(s).

If you are talking about grid lines from a linked arch file. You need to copy the grids/monitri the grids. Then you can manipulate them. http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Revit/enu/2012/Help/Revit_User's_Guide/2214-Collabor2214/2357-Multi-Di2...
