Can you create internal walls in Revit MEP?

Does anyone know if you can create internal walls (140mm) in Revit MEP. The only OOTB wall families seem to be external walls of a much greater thickness?

In selecting an external wall and selecting: type properties-construction-edit- takes you to the edit assembly dialogue, this looks complex if you do not fully understand what you are modifying and I would be reluctant to do so at this stage.

In the project browser, there should be a number of types under Basic Walls, some of those Wall Types named "Generic - ...". Duplicate one of these Types (right-click on it, 'Duplicate') and then double-click on it to open Type Properties. From there, rename it to whatever and then click the "Edit..." next to 'Structure'. Here, simply change the Thickness value to the desired thickness.

Edit: If you only have the Exterior Wall Type available, duplicate one of those Types and follow the same procedure. When you get to the "Edit Assembly" dialog, just delete all of the layers above the top Core Boundary and below the bottom Core Boundary. This will leave you with "Structure[1]", by which you can define the new Wall Thickness. Click 'OK' and then under Type Properties, change Function to "Interior".

Thanks, i have created a basic 140mm internal walltype using the info, it does seem like a complex way to create what should be an OOTB part though, as i would expect this to be already available as part of the software, but it is what it is.
