Background of my linked model

My linked model is showing up very light when I change the descipline from Architectural to Electrical. any one knows how to make the background darker but at the same time not too dark to have some offset between the background and the fixtures and equipment we have there?

I was told that this setting is default for Revit when changing discipline
and is not editable. You could try coordination view and halftone the Arch.

You want the background to be light. Industry best practice is to have the Arch background light that way the Contractor can read your drawings better. Especially when HVAC is involved and they have so many annotations etc on a drawing. Same can go for electrical with the wiring and tags.

Trust me the print out is a lot better then having it dark.

I understand it needs to be light, but the revit default hardly shows up. I changed the views to be "Coordination" and then halftoned the background. That seemed to work OK.
