I created a family and I am able to load the file programmatically, using C#. However, I cannot insert the detailed component programmatically. How shall I do that?
Browse through the list of families and insert it, or insert it like you would any other family that is already existing in the drawing. (Just a guess).
Actually, I don't need to go through the families loaded, I have access to the family I am loading, while loading it. I am also creating an instance of it and drawing it, but it's not showing as a detail component. Also, a family instance requires one XYZ "location" while, as far as I saw, a detail component takes two XYZ "locations". So I'm guessing that what I need to do is not a family instance!
