I would like to see proper leader tail locations (get closer to text and
overall position) relative to text blocks.

The attached screen pic (Revit-Leader.PNG) will show how leaders are
now. To far away and when located on the other side of text, leader is
at top line of text. The attached screen pic (AutoCAD-Leaders.png) will
show a more acceptable leader layout.
