where is the fillit arc command/icon/feature

I have the tutorial book and I found several discussions online about how much this function is terible - but I cannot find the fillit functio? Is it an icon, or a popup... what? A screenshot with a big arrow "here it is".

I looked for a youtube video that showed how this works but nothing.

do you mean Fillet Arc ?! 

if so: Draw>Fillet Arc...and select the two line on the side that you want to preserve

But , perhaps I did not understand very well your question....do you mean 3d fillet?

I see it now, it is a small icon in a bundle with a bunch of similar looking icons - thankyou
