Unfortunately I have checked the annotation families: callout head.rfa,
section head -open.rfa, and section tail - filled.rfa and they all have the
architectural font. The same callout head is defined in the building
section tag and it appears with the architectural font, it's just the wall
section that doesn't. That's why i'm at a loss. When I look at the
properties of the section marks, it lists the callout tag as "callout head
w/1/8" corner radius". I can't find a family by that name on our system.
Any answers or suggestions?

Settings > View Tags > Section Tags
The section uses two symbols. One callout tag and one section tag.
The section tag then uses two annotation objects. One for the head and one
for the tail.
Then the callout view has its own symbol.
Section View
--Section Tag
--Section Head
--Section Tail
--Callout Tag
---Callout Head
So you need three annotation symbols. Combined into two tags. to make one
view.
You edit the bits and pieces which can be found in the family browser. Then
assemble them in the project.

I have been able to redefine all our tags to use our architectural font.
For some reason I can't seem to change the wall section tag. It's listing
that it uses "Callout head w/1/8" corner radius". I can't find that to
redefine it. Our building section tag seems to use the same "callout head
w/1/8" corner radius" and shows the correct font. What am I missing?
