Hello,
1) importing/exporting svg files in revit, It would be a great feature for
importing/exporting vectorised artworks into/from projects.
For example you can import a black and white image in inkscape, vectorise
and use as overlay image into revit.
2) The same thing could be accomplished adding a "bitmap fusion mode"
property to imported images like in photoshop (I mean Normal, Screen,
Multiply, Overlay, Difference, Exclusion)
For example you can import hand made sketches in pantone colors and
integrate it in revit project. Very usefull if you want to colorise by hand
a project and then make multiple copies...
For now I can reach some good results vectorising hand made designs with
wintopo freeware, converting them to dxf and then importing as details
elements into revit.
Here an example of this tecnique.
