revit architecture suite 2007

Running windows vista with revit architecture 72007. Getting error message runtime error. R6030, crt not initialized.

You're running a 6-year-old release on a significantly outdated operating system., neither of which is actively supported anymore.  If you can't google up some archived solution, it's time for an upgrade (both computer and software).
