prblem with using roombook

Dear all,

I have created a model by using structural concrete beam, floor, column and architectural wall. While running roombook for calculating internal finish, i found it calculating 4 sides of surface for some structural beam and two sides of surface for a few other beams. it is expected that the roombook will calculate 3 sides of a structural concrete beam excluding slab overlap.

Can anyone tell me where i am getting wrong?

Thanks
