How do I add additional columns and information to a keynote schedule?

Are you talking about Keynote Legend? - What exactly are you looking for?

I came upon this thread when thinking about Scheduling Keynotes and was amazed to see that in all the years of using Revit I had missed the functionality of a Keynote Legend.  However, I would repeat the original question and ask if it is possible to add fields to a Keynote legend?  It appears not, but it would be extremelly useful to add specification detail or the location of such.  Assuming that it can't be, can keynotes be scheduled and therefore have additional fields added?
