how to create a building pad with at differents levlels at the same toposurface

HELLO EVERYBODY

As it is shown in the image that I have attached, I can solve the problem at the fourth cellar.

I am looking to get it without split the region in order to work in quantities accurately.

1. Make a  Building Pad as a ring (Image 115)
2. Make a second Building Pad snaping on the inside border lines of the first Buiding Pad . Give to the second another depth. (image 1
