Hi,

I have re-arrange the Properties and Project browser from their original position, I cannot figure out how to put them back in their default position , Can anyone help please, I'm having hard time navigating thru my project because of this mess.

Grab each one by the title bar area by clicking and dragging with your mouse. slide them to the left side of the screen and you will see a ghost outline of where they will "dock". let go when they are in the position you prefer.  In 2014, if you drop one on top of the other, they will join into one, and create Tabs at the bottom.  If you want to split them, grab the tabs and pull them apart.

There was no attachment, but I will make an assumption of what it looked like. The properties palette is resizable, grab the right edge of it and pull it back to the left to make it narrower. it will remember this size and position.

I have re attached the file, and the property palette width is exactly the width of the Revit interface and it can not resize independently it resize the whole revit window

ok, so there are 4 positions that you can "dock" the different palettes: top, bottom, left, and right.  It appears that you have docked it at the TOP position. Try dragging it again to the left side, and about the middle of the screen. You will see an outline of where the palette will dock.  If you see the outline along the top of the window, do NOT let go there...move down the left edge of the screen until you see the outline in the correct position and then let go.
