free vertical roomspace of 2700 mm

I have a question, I hope one of you could help me with.

I am working on an office building.
There is a demand from the customer that each floor has got a free vertical roomspace of 2700 mm.

Does anyone know where in Revit I can lock that my construction can't get lower than 2700mm?

No real way to lock it out. Either place a ceiling or reference plane at that elevation, cut a few sections through & check for offending items.
