When trying to install, we receive the error 2738. We re-registred the vbscript.dll per the article but, that didnt help.
Ive tried to edit the registry and delete the keys ber other articles but, this machine, even logged in as a domain administrator, will not let me delete the required keys.
Other computers have installed fine but, can not get this one to continue.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
Also registered the product with the "Up and Ready 90 day support" but, never received any information on how to submit request on-line.
