door hardware parameters

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a macro that will make door hardware schedules much easier to do. I know how I do schedules but I also know there are other types of schedules out there. So here are my questions:

1) Do you use project or shared parameters for door hardware?

2) What kinds of tokens do you use to indicate that door has a particular piece of hardware? I use an 'X' but I've seen some others that use filled dots and empty dots. I guess they also idicate existing hardware on reno projects.
