curtain wall

hi

i am new to revit.  by defult there are three types of curtain wall

 

curtain wall 1

ecterior glazing

store front.

 i saw one tutorial there tow more typs

standard

2nd  i could not read,so how can i find thsese types of curtain wall

Usualy Curtain Walls types are made by users...

In a common Template file there is on basic Curtain Wall  (that is mandatory ) and  perhaps , two ready made types :Exterior Glazing and Store Front 

It is very easy to made your own types from duplicating the basic Curtain Wall type (although you can find curtain wall types on producer site or in Autodesk Seek):

  • In project :Architecture > Wall > Wall Architectural > Properties > Curtain Wall  > Edit Type > Type Properties >Type >Curtain Wall >Duplicate > Name >say for instance : Curtain Wall TEST....make settings here as can be seen in following images
