cant copy materials library from autocad 2013 to Revit 2013

I've tried just about everything but I can't seem to be able to import a materials library from AutoCAD 2013 to Revit 2013

autocad and revit 2012/2013 material libraries are identical.  if you are talking about a custom library file you made (adsklib), then just make sure you know where you placed it.  In the Autocad software, type in Materials in command line.  Materials Browser will pop up.  Click mechanical cog icon on lower left corner, choose Open Existing Library.  Browse to custom adsklib file and click OK....new custom library will be show in materials dialog box for use.
