can't sync with central - stacked wall type missing

we are expiriencing very strange error which blockes users so they can't work in team. It started when we found that there is no stacked wall type in a project. i don't know how this could happen since you must have at least one type active because it is a system family which can not be deleted. so I transfered project standards from a template so I get default type in a project and save. When just one user is working wi

th the project (has own local file) it works fine but anybody else when tries to sync with central gets a message that he has no stacked wall type in a project and the file can't be synchronized even if there is default stacked wall type visible in project browser. So I turn off all worksets, added new stacked wall type, save and make it central again. but the error is still there.

can somebody help me with that?

thx a lot

Rudolf

G'day Rudolf,

Based on the description of your issue and methods used to try and solve it, I would immediately log it to Autodesk as a corrupt file for them to repair.

Hi,

thank you for reply. Is there a way how to do it directly? Or do I have to ask the dealer/distributor to log it via partner center?

Thank you.

Rudolf

You can log support calls via the subscription centre.  Here is link to a video describing how to do this.  You can also log it to your reseller and they will log it to Autodesk on your behalf.  They may request your serial number to do this.

Did you ever get a resolution for this or how to fix it. I am experiencing this with a project. But I am the MEP engineer on the project and believe it may be a corrupted Arch file. So I was curious if anything ever came of this.
