can't load door family

I'm new to Revit (r7). I cannot load the OPENING - ELLIPTICAL ARCH door family. The other families load fine. Any ideas?

Define "can't load"... Is there an error message? The file could be from a
newer version.

After selecting the family in the doors folder there is a very short delay before returning to the design window. At that point the last door I inserted is again ready to be placed. When a family actually loads the delay before returning to the design window is longer which makes me think that nothing is happening when I try to load the OPENING - ELLIPTICAL ARCH family.

That family is NOT a door. Why is it in the door folder? I don't know.

Anyway, after you load the "door" use "Component" from the Basics bar to
insert the opening in your wall.
