can't access my templetes

I just downloaded revit 2012 but I can't access my templetes, wall otions, and windows. can somebody help me?

When you go here: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RAC 2012

What do you see? are there any folders - Family Templates, IES, Libraries, Recient, Templates?
