I don't know if there's a button for it, but "ZR" is the keyboard shortcut for it.

The button exists on the "Nav Bar" on the side to a Revit drawing window.  The Zoom region tool may not be the top level button.  In that case the flyout arrow needs to be pressed and then Zoom Region selected.  This will promote the Zoom Region button to be the top level and the one displayed.

Many thanks guys for the help. This is quite useful.

It remain to know how to stick this command on the “Quick Access Toolbar”

This tool can't be added to the quick access toolbar.  The best you can do is to use the keyboard shortcut "ZR".

Many thanks for the answer.

but in general, how can we add tools (buttons) to the "quick access bar"?
