Window and door trim options - How do you change the profiles?

Using demo version of 2012 Revit Architecture.

 

Need to know how to change the profiles used for door, window trim.

 

Default is flat casing from what I am able to determine.

 

I want to change to say 3-1/2" beaded casing or Adams casing.  How do you do this.

You would need to edit the door family and add the trim as you would like.

I would use a sweep and create the profile you want to see for the trip.
