Why does my schedule put beds in the same row as copiers?

I am creating an multi-category equipment schedule. (The specialized equipment schedule didn't include everything). If I don't itemize every instance certain pieces of equipment like the copier don't show up. Instead there's a row of 6 pieces of nameless equipment. If I itemize every instance this row expands to include (among 3 other things) two beds and the missing copier. I don't need to show the beds, but I do need to show the copier. And I do not want to itemize every instance because I need other things like refrigerators to group together.

How do I get my schedule to put these on the proper row? They are completely different familes. I don't see any single thing common to any of the items that went to the same row.

When you dont itemize the instances, you have to sort/group them correctly
to show the stuff you want to be shown. If you want all your equipment to
show per family, can you try sorting it by family?
Also, it is difficult to troubleshoot schedule probs without the file. Is
it possible for your to post a dummy project with some of your equipment and
schedule...
