Warning Dialog Not WOrking

Hi. I seem to be facing this problem on several workstations.

I noticed lately that I am not getting any more warnings when something goes wrong.

To test, I drew a wall and then another one in the same location but no warning came up.

If you select one of them, you see the warning tool active in the contextual ribbon but if you select it, the dialog doesn't appear. The screen blinks and that's it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note:

I am using revit 2013.

I have all the latest updates and hotfixes already installed.
