Wall and Stair Identification within Take Off Schedules

Is there a field available for inclusion within the Material takeoff schedule that could give a clue to the location of any of  the walls or stairs elements that are relatively easy to list within a Material Takeoff schedule but not indentify.

Clearly the Level field is not the answer because the Level Field within the schedule unhelpfully remains blank, presumably because occasionally walls extend across more than one level.

I believe it would be useful if fields for  the "Base Constraint", the "Base Offset" and the "Un Connected Height" could be returned in any Wall Take off Schedule.

If anyone can let me know how this can be done I would be very grateful
