View Rotation on Sheet Label

I just changed the "view rotation on sheet" to "90 Clockwise" in order for a site plan to fit on it's sheet at a larger scale..
In doing so the automatically placed drawing label on the sheet moved to the left side of the site plan and rotated itself to match the rotation of the site plan. I can move the label around, but I can't rotate it to the correct orientation on the sheet. Is there a way to do this? Thank you and a cookie goes to the first person to help me out!

Is the Siteplan A Callout from something else? If not you'll have to trick Revit. You take the Site plan off of the sheet, Make a callout, then Rotate the callout boundry. This will rotate the view on the sheet, but leave the view title at the bottom where it belongs. It's a minor pain, but it works.
