URGENT: software problem

When I try to open my file, it says "software problem" and whenever I try to open a recovery file it say there is a corruption that needs to be manually fixed. Please help! Thank you!

Have you tried to Audit the recovery to see if that gets it to work?  This has helped me when I have had similar messages.

Yes, and it still will not open...it says program failure or the same message as before saying to contact Autodesk to manually fix it

Then you'll need to contact Autodesk directly and open a service ticket.  It sounds like you've got a corrupt file.  Is it just this one file that's causing the error message, or is it all files?  If it's all files, then you may need to do a reinstall.

Best bet is to recover from a previous backup file, follow the directions in the link she provided, unless you have several days or a week or so to wait for support to have a chance to review your file.
