Toposurface texture changing

Toposurface  texture  or i dont know what is changing or i dont know what is the problem. so explain simple ways. i created first flat grass material toposurface then added points to give  slope land effect even added few monds, then created subregion with pavers material.

 revit realastic view shows perfact surface but when i tried to place camera and do realastic view or render, looks like there is one more layer of grey but its not there. What could be the problem. Please Help Urgently i stucked between my  project subission dates.

Maybe you have used Graded Region and the View Phasing is set to Show All instead of Show Complete....
