I think I must edited my tag families at some earlier date and created a
solid filled region to make them read opaque over background lines.
So I re-edited the families...deleted the filled regions...budda bing.

Any Revit export setting tips for exporting to DWG to prevent door, window,
wall tags from converting to solid objects with the tag and the tag number
on the same layer?
