Student Cloud Limitations?

Hello I'm a student and I just discovered rendering the in the cloud. Before it used to say I could render without limit and I did enjoy doing a few renderings. But now it says I have a maximum of 25 credits. Why is this? I was under the impression that students could render for free. Is this abnormal? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks in advance!

I have followed the steps in the FAQ sheet and am unable to get the '99999999999' in the data map service (it does not show any numbers), I am still unable to render images.

How can I remedy this?
