The attached screen capture illustrates a custom staircase I'm trying to complete. Does Revit provide any tools to change the shape of individual treads and railings?
Here's what I want to do: The first tread should be rounded on both ends and longer than subsequent treads- a starting tread. The railing needs to be composed of wooden newel posts and handrails. The balusters are to be round iron with an accent baluster of a different design every 6". I also need to use conventional wood handrail transitions to the newel posts at each langing.
The stair continues to the second floor with a landing at the top of the first flight then three steps up to the second floor level. the railing continues along a second floor balcony.
