Please try this:

1:select your stair;

2:Click at Edit Type in Properties palette;

3:In Type Properties, check Monolithic Stairs and set Underside Of Winder to Smooth.

Please view the JPG for reference.

Thanks! one more question about stair: this is a rooml under the stair,can I use "attach top/base" to make room walls attach to bottom of stair?

 Starit or Ramp could not be adopted to attach top/base for a wall in Revit.  Currently, we can create a Model-In-Plase roof component beneath the stair/ramp. For example, for a spiral stair, you can create a roof by Sweep feature, and by picking stair edges as the path for sweeping. After roof is modeled, you can attach top/base of the wall to the roof.

Sorry. It would be better to post your question here. I might not be able to reply immediately due to my own work.  There are many people who could help you in this discussion group.
